New families (both parents) will receive an email (between the 8-10 of December) from informationservices@ipswichgrammar.com, to indicate that a parent account has been created in the Schoolbox App. The subject line will read “Welcome to Ipswich Grammar School”. (If you cannot see this email, please be sure to check your junk or spam emails before emailing datacoordinator@ipswichgrammar.com for assistance.)

This important email will contain instructions on how to log in and use the App.

Schoolbox is a unique all-in-one learning management system (LMS) which provides the tools for our staff, students, parents and groups to communicate from one easy location. You will have access to your son’s details such as current and past reports, attendance records and medical details. You can advise the school of any changes to your address, telephone numbers and email via the Parent Lounge.

Parents in Year 7 to 12 will have access to their son’s timetable and allocated elective subjects via Schoolbox in mid-December.
