Education > Information Services
The Ipswich Grammar School curriculum is constantly evolving. Information Communication Technologies (ICT) change the way we develop a curriculum and how we interact with it. As an extension of this, students develop critical responses to the information they receive.
ICT-based learning means the IGS curriculum is dynamic and interactive. Students engage in independent, collaborative activities. As Ipswich Grammar further enhances its ICT services, boys will be able to work with students all over the world.
ICT infrastructure includes:
A 1-to-1 student notebook program, which will be expanded to include students in Years 4 to 12 in 2012.
Mounted data projectors and speakers in all classrooms.
Windows 7, Office 2010 and Adobe suites on all computers.
Campus-wide wireless internet coverage
