Old Boys’ Day this year again combines the Annual Reunion Dinner and Year Reunions. Partners are invited. The program for Old Boys’ Day is: Rugby versus GT from 10 am at the School; Football at Brassall Annual Reunion Dinner in the Ladley Centre in the evening. During the day, the Museum in the Great Hall will be open. The Guest Speaker is the Honourable Sir Llewellyn Edwards AC. Sir Llew is an IGS old boy who has played a signifi cant role in the history and development of Queensland. Now retired from public life, he has recently been named a Queensland Great for his “exceptional contributions” to the state. Alternatively Year Reunions may be stand-alone functions. The success of these is dependent on members of such groups being proactive in contacting others to attend.
